How to size your nails using a sizing kit

Sizing

Sizing your nails are very important! It helps your press-ons fit comfortably, look more natural, and last longer. Sizing kits are the most accurate way to measure your nails and they are highly recommended for all new customers.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Each sizing kit includes one nail in every size in the shape/length of your choice. Some shapes have different sizing so you do need a sizing kit for each shape that you'd like to wear!

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Start off with clean bare nails as anything left on can throw off the sizing.
  • Sizing might not be the same on both hands so size EACH finger on BOTH hands.
  • The nail should fit sidewall to sidewall with light pressure, you shouldn't have to force the nail down. That can cause lifting when you do apply the nails.
  • If you are in between sizes, always go with the larger size. Once your nails arrive you can file the sides for a better fit.
  • Write down your sizes on the bottom of the sizing kit from thumb to pinky. Once you send me your sizes, I do keep a record of your preferred shape and your sizes for future orders!

How to apply your nails

Application

With proper prep & application, your press-ons should last up to 2 weeks!

Each nail set comes with a nail prep kit that includes: liquid nail glue, alcohol pad, cuticle stick, mini nail buffer, and a mini nail file.

Avoid water 1 hour before AND after application to prevent lifting!

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Push back and prep your cuticles as this will help for a more natural look
  • Buff your nail beds, it gives your nail glue a textured surface to grip onto
  • Clean your nails with alcohol to remove oils, dust, and residue which can cause lifting
  • Once your nails are buffed & cleaned, apply an even layer of glue to your natural nail and press on nail. Press down at a 45 degree angle and hold down for 10-15 seconds

Best when applied before bed and avoid any lotions/oils for at least an hour after application!

HOW TO REMOVE YOUR NAILS

Removal

All sets are reusable up to 5x with proper removal!

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Fill a bowl with warm water, oil, and soap
  • Soak for 10-15 minutes
  • Afterwards, use cuticle pusher to gently lift edge of nails
  • They should slide off easily, if not DO NOT force it off! just soak the nails for 5-10 more minutes
  • Buff any remaining glue off your natural nails and wash hands (apply lotion & cuticle oil after)

PREP TO REUSE NAILS

  • Buff off any remaining glue off press ons (with an e-file, buffer, or nail file)
  • Clean with alcohol, dry and store them in a container
